How long does my order take to ship?

Each Kiln It Ceramics piece is handmade just for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipping. We often complete orders sooner, but this timeframe allows us to carefully create, glaze, fire, and package your ceramics.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it on its way to you.

Please note: The 2–3 week timeframe is the processing/production time and does not include the carrier’s shipping/transit time.

What is your return policy? 

Because each Kiln It Ceramics piece is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

We carefully package every piece for shipping. Packages are insured for up to $100 through the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the damaged item and all original packaging. A damage claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier for reimbursement or resolution.
